About Me

I am Julie Bianco, BSN, RNC-MNN, IBCLC — a mom, a nurse, and someone who has always had a heart for supporting families in those fragile, beautiful, exhausting early days with a newborn. I know firsthand how emotional, messy, beautiful, and confusing feeding a baby can be. It’s rarely simple, and it’s never “one-size-fits-all.”

After years of working in maternal newborn nursing and caring for families through my own three postpartum journeys, I realized how much parents need more than just information.… they need reassurance, understanding, and someone who can help make feeding feel doable rather than overwhelming. That’s what inspired me to become an IBCLC.

My passion is helping families feel calmer, more confident, and truly supported as they learn to feed and care for their baby. What I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, is this: parents don’t just need latch tips or pumping strategies…. they need someone who listens, understands the chaos of real life, and helps them feel steady during a time that can feel anything but steady. My approach is gentle, realistic, and focused on helping you find what works best for your family — keeping both your baby’s health and your sanity in mind.

Newborn life can feel like a blur, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, evidence-based guidance, and a deep respect for the very real emotional and physical journey you’re on. My goal is to support you in a way that feels gentle, achievable, and truly tailored to your family. Whether you’re navigating breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, or just trying to keep yourself and your baby fed and calm, I’m here to help you feel more capable and less alone.
